Airport Information and Tourist Center

Located at on the 2nd level at the departures hall and boarding area, the airport information center will provide the passengers and visitors of the airport with all information related to the operations of the airport, flight, and other regulations.

Located on the ground level of the terminal at the arrivals hall, the tourism center will provide the passengers and visitors of the airport with all information related to the city guide, best places to visit, hotels etc.

The information center for disabled passengers located on the 2nd level at the departures hall and boarding area offers consultation for passengers with reduced mobility in regard to all queries related to the assistance and help.

Banking services/ ATMs & Currency Exchange

Bankia ATMs located on the 2nd level at the check-in and boarding area and at the General car park P1 area allows to withdraw money from credit/ debit card and conduct other banking actions.

Euronet ATMs located on the ground and 2nd level at the check-in, arrivals, and boarding area an at the General car park P1 area allows to withdraw money from credit/ debit card and conduct other banking actions.

Exact Change allows exchanging over 80 foreign currencies to the local one (euros). Tax refunds, international money transactions are among other services provided as well. The exchange points are located on the ground level at the baggage reclaim area, boarding zone, and arrivals hall.

Medical care

Located on the ground level at the arrivals hall medical care center provides service in case of a medical emergency.

Children Area

Located on the 2nd floor of the terminal at the boarding zone the children area allows parents to leave their children with another kid or use the changing room facilities.

VIP Lounge Area Ifac

The VIP Lounge is located on the 3rd level of the terminal at the dock boarding area.

Those holding business or first-class airline tickets, as well as owners of the AmEx and Dinner Club, as well as Priority Pass holders may receive the access to the lounge area and enjoy the usage of TV, free Wi-Fi access, children's area, meeting rooms, computers. Animals are allowed in the lounge area.

The opening hours are from 06:00 until 00:00 from April to October and from 06:00 until 22:00 from November to March.

The fee for the entrance is € 29.60 for adults, €14.20 for kids from 6 to 10 years old, the entrance for kids from 0 to 5 years old is free of charge.
