Facilities for disabled passengers

The Alicante airport offers free assistance and transfer for the passengers with reduced mobility (PRM). The one needs to book the service at least 48 hours before the flight in order for the professional staff to be prepared in advance.

PRM meeting point, where those passengers will be picked up before or dropped off after the service, are spread outside and inside of the airport, and on the parking areas. Those meeting points are located in the parking building both at the north and south halls, on the floor -2 near the exterior forecourt bus station, on the floor 0 near the arrivals baggage reclaim area, arrivals exterior forecourt, exterior departures forecourt, public area departures hall north, public area departures hall south, and on the floor 2 near the public area security checks and boarding area hall.

Meeting rooms

Business events, conference, classes, courses, and meetings might be held on the territory of an airport.

• Multipurpose room

The room is located on the floor 0 in the arrivals hall. It may be reserved for conference, presentations, meetings, cultural events. The overall capacity is around 160 people.

• Boarding meeting room

The room is located on the floor 3 in the public offices' zone. It may be reserved for courses, presentations, receptions, cultural events. The overall capacity is around 8 people.

• Meeting room 308

The room is located on the floor 3 in the public offices' zone. It may be reserved for courses, presentations, receptions, cultural events. The overall capacity is around 8 people.

• Meeting room 333

The room is located on the floor 3 in the restricted offices' zone. It may be reserved for courses, presentations, receptions, cultural events. The overall capacity is around 14 people and 13 extras.

• Training room 1

The room is located at the warehouse building. It may be reserved for courses, presentations, receptions, cultural events. The overall capacity is around 20 people.

• Training room 2

The room is located at the warehouse building. It may be reserved for courses, presentations, receptions, cultural events and is equipped with 14 computers. The overall capacity is around 20 people.

Information Center

Located on the floor 2 at the departures hall and boarding area the information center provides all kinds of information for passengers and visitors of the airport.

Cafes and bars

On the floor 2, the one may find a wide range of cafeterias, restaurants, and bars near both departures and arrivals area.

Ars-Rodilla, Burger King, Caffriccio, Carlsberg, Costa Coffee, de Canto, Farggi, La Pausa, Saboramar, Starbucks, Valor, Subway, the Air Food Court.
