Arrivals of Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC)
Arrivals are served on the ground floor of the airport. After leaving from the plane, the one shall follow the signs throughout the airport leading to the Passport Control, Customs, and Baggage reclaims hall. If the flight came from the non-Schengen area, the passport control is required to be passed by the passenger. All requirement for entry to Spain might be found online at the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation.
After leaving the plane the airport signs will lead the passengers to the baggage reclaim hall. The information screens will show which one of 14 baggage claim carousels available at the airport is assigned to the particular flight. Additionally, the airport provides 2 more baggage claim carousels for the special baggage carried.

The Left Luggage offices are located on the floor 2 at the check-in hall. The service includes the transfer of the luggage across the terminal, transfer to the hotels/ any other site of the city, recovery of lost items, suitcase packaging etc.
The Baggage Wrapping machine is located on the floor 2 at the check-in desks 70-101.
If the one is arriving outside of the European Union,s/he needs to go through Customs and declare the luggage items that need to be declared. Among those are tobacco, alcohol, high-value electronics, cash over 10.000 euros, food etc. However, while traveling within the border of Europe there is no need for going through the Customs and declaring the luggage.
The Arrivals Shop is located in the baggage reclaim area. Here the one may buy souvenirs, clothing item and many more at the Alicante-Duty Free, Arrivals Duty-Free or Express Duty-Free. To buy medications under the prescription The Pharmacy is available from 07:00 until 23:30 during the high season and from 07:00 until 23:00 during the low season. Ars-Rodilla cafe is available as well on the floor 0.
Two banking facilities are available in the arrivals hall and baggage claim area.
Exact Change offers currency exchange services on the floor 0 in the baggage reclaim lounge, arrivals hall, and boarding zone.
